In an effort to increase the number of accepted students that enroll with UHM/CTAHR in fall 2017, Department Chairs, in collaboration with the Academic and Student Affairs Office, sent out personalized letters of congratulations and welcome. A total of 294 letters were sent to all incoming freshmen and transfer students, as well as 259 to parents of freshmen. It is our hope that these personized letters will encourage students to want to learn more about CTAHR and our majors and will help them make their decision to attend UHM/CTAHR this coming fall.
