Advisors are in the thick of mandatory advising but took some time on Friday, September 29 to attend the Academic Advising and Transfer Network (AATN) conference. The 10th annual conference provided professional development with a focus on how to build momentum for students. 

It was a great opportunity for our team to connect with other advisors across the UH System and hear about the various initiatives related to the Hawaii Graduation Initiative. We look forward to implenting the various strategies we learned about to contiunally improve our craft and working with students.
