Extension Bounty
Cooperative Extension helps everyone, but sometimes they need some help themselves! Now they’ll be getting it: with the support of the 2018 Hawai‘i State Legislature, Hawai‘i State Department of Agriculture, Hawaii Farm Bureau, Hawaii Farmers Union United, and many external partners and stakeholders, CTAHR is able to offer 10 new positions in four counties for immediate hire! In O‘ahu County, there are positions for a junior/assistant Extension agent in Ornamentals and Landscape (#85460) and a junior/assistant Extension agent in SOAP (#85528). In Kaua‘i County, there are also positions for a junior/assistant Extension agent in Ornamentals and Landscape (85387) and one in SOAP (#85371). Hawai‘i County has junior/assistant Extension agent positions in Agricultural Finance (#84045), Agricultural Economics (#85336), and Livestock (#83152). And Maui County has openings for junior/assistant Extension agents in Edible Crops on Moloka‘i (#85392), Edible Crops on Maui (#85404), and Ornamentals and Landscape on Maui (#85423).
