Center on the Family
Conducts applied and basic research on family issues, and generates and disseminates research-based information that improves the quality of life for Hawai‘i's families and is useful to those who work with them.
HNFAS offers a B.S. in Animal Sciences with a Veterinary Track and a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition with 6 exciting Tracks to choose from. M.S. degrees are offered in Animal Sciences, Nutritional Sciences, Food Science as well as a PhD degree in Nutrition. Our mission is to enhance nutrition and health thru education and disseminating science-based information to promote sustainable food production and animal systems appropriate for the Pacific Region.

NREM integrates natural and social sciences to educate students and global citizens, research solutions, and extends information for sustainable use and management of natural resources and the environment.
