Finadene Salmon
Number of servings: 8
Serving Size: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 (14¾ ounce can) salmon (pink or red)
- 1 cup onion (1 large)
- 2 cups fresh cucumbers (1 large)
- 1 cup fresh cherry tomatoes (approx. 9)
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
- DRAIN salmon. Put salmon in a mixing bowl and flake/smash until in pieces.
- Finely CHOP onion.
- DICE cucumbers and CUT tomatoes in half.
- ADD onions, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes to salmon
- ADD hot pepper sauce and lemon juice and MIX.
- SERVE over brown rice.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve cold or at room temperature.
