Sustainable Ag Summer School

Many families have been homeschooling their keiki due to the impact of COVID-19, and new resources are always welcome! To help fill that need, CTAHR researchers and grad students, including Koon-Hui Wang and Philip Waisen, have gathered together a series of videos offering cool and fun information about sustainable agriculture.

In this series, parents can find videos about a variety of topics, including conserving pollinators in Hawai‘i, attracting beneficial insects to the garden, and the International Year of Plant Health, which aims to raise awareness about how protecting plant health can help end hunger, reduce poverty, and protect the environment.

The videos are a great resource for teachers and the whole ‘ohana. To get started on your summer homeschool journey with your keiki, click here.
