Directions: 

1. From Kamehameha Highway in Pearl City, turn into Home Depot parking lot (across from Acacia Rd).
2. Enter through the gate adjacent to the “Public Storage Building” on the Diamond Head (East) end of the Home Depot parking lot.
3. Visit the Main Office for to sign in and general garden information.

Urban Garden Center (UGC) is a facility of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR). Our main office is open to the public from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm as a community resource center. Agricultural scientists conduct research and provide field demonstrations and educational exhibits for the community's benefit.

 Visits to the garden area are via participation in an educational workshop by registration on Eventbrite for ʻSecond Saturday at the Garden' activities and 'Extension in the Garden' series. Self-tours are no longer available due to staffing shortages. 

**Garden is closed on Thursdays due to herbicide applications. Please call (808) 453-6050 before visiting.
