Develop your skills in food processing, regulation and the food business arena in both private and public sectors! This track also prepares students for managerial positions in the demanding field of food service! You can gain some knowledge in business, accounting, and interpersonal skills.
All FSHN majors are required to report for advising prior to registration each semester.
