The Food Science & Human Nutrition Culinology option at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa is a 2+2 program that offers graduates of Kapi'olani Community College's Culinary Arts Associate's in Science (AS) program an opportunity to pursue a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree from the Department of Human Nutrition, Food and Animal Sciences.
