Lyle graduate from the HDFS program in 2017 and is currently working for the Department of Education as a Personnel Clerk for TSEAS (Teacher Substitute Employee Automated System) section. He helps go over applications and input information into the system, as well as providing necessary information to substitute teachers and other school officials. After bouncing around a few DOE position, Lyle hopes to move up in the DOE, specifically on the Human Resources Section and eventually Director. “My degree in HDFS was very valuable to me as it provided me the necessary basics to understand working with people from all different backgrounds.”
