How do you help a forest to recover? Come to the latest offering in the Tropical Plant and Soil Sciences Seminar Series, “Applied Nucleation and Forest Recovery in the Tropics – A Decade-Long Restoration Study,” to find out. 

If you’ve got a drone and you know how to use it, consider participating in the UH Drone Boot Camp on Friday, March 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Les Murakami Baseball Stadium!

If you’re a graduating student, or just want to support them, make sure to come to the CTAHR Convocation on May 2, at Kennedy Theatre! Check-in begins at 5:45, and the program goes from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. RSVP by Wednesday, April 18.

The Waimanalo Research Station will be the home base for the 3rd Annual Parade of Farms, presented by the O‘ahu Resource and Conservation Development Council, on Saturday, May 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This year’s parade will be featuring farms in Waimanalo.
