Students in need of food will be glad to know that, despite the disruptions to campus life, the UH Mānoa Food Vault Hawai’i is still open. To maintain social distancing, distribution is now by appointment only. Make an appointment for pick-up and bring your UH Mānoa student ID and your own bag.
Want to learn how to keep your ginger free of bacterial wilt? A new CTAHR webinar will describe how to multiply bacterial wilt-free ginger in pots: selecting, testing, and preparing planting material; cultural practices to prevent bacterial wilt; and fertilizer considerations.
The UH Human Resources Office is thanking UH employees for their “commitment to supporting the completion of the spring 2020 semester, carrying on important research and keeping our campus open, operational, and safe for our students and employees. As all of us grapple with the impact of COVID-19, we recognize the need to make adjustments at both home and work.”
