The University of Hawai‘i has outlined a new emergency grading policy for the Spring 2020 semester, officially adopted and available for review. An FAQ for faculty and FAQ for students are also available. UH adopted the Credit/No Credit option because of the exceptional circumstances created by COVID-19 and sudden transition to online courses. It is optional, so students can still choose to take a letter grade.
