Fiscal Matters

Fiscal deadlines are coming up, so here’s what you need to know to make sure the Gilmore 209 office has what they need to know, so they can process all necessary transactions in a timely manner. Items due to CTAHR Fiscal (Gilmore 209) by the end of the day on April 30 are the following 1) all procurement requisitions <$25,000.00 for the rest of the fiscal year’s purchase orders (POs), 2) all UH Chemstockroom requisitions <$25,000.00 for the remainder of the fiscal year until mid-May (Chemstockroom will be closed from May 14), and 3) Telecom Request Form 4 (Telephone changes-EX: Accounts to be charged).
