Molecular Nutrition

Dr. Kan Sato, a professor of Animal Nutrition at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan, will be giving a special seminar on “Molecular Nutrition: Interaction of Nutrients, Gene Regulations, and Performances.”

Dr. Sato has over 20 years’ experience in research related to molecular nutrition and performance of animals. His research is on nutritional and physiological molecular regulations of genes related animal production, with a focus on development of novel animal production and management procedures based on basic science in his applied research.
