Keeping up Standards

Andy Reilly (Fashion Design and Merchandising) has been elected as president of the Textile and Apparel Programs Accreditation Commission (TAPAC). He currently serves on Board of Commissioners, and beginning in 2019 he will serve as the president-elect, taking over as president fully in 2020. The purpose of the TAPAC is to serve as the accrediting body for collegiate programs in textiles and apparel and related areas by establishing standards for the recognition of programs and reviewing the characteristics and performance of individual programs against these established standards.
