Movin’ On Up

Congratulations to the members of the CTAHR ‘ohana who have achieved promotion and tenure! Zhiqiang Cheng (PEPS) was tenured and promoted to associate specialist, and Susan Crow (NREM) earned tenure with automatic promotion to associate professor. J.B. Friday (NREM) and Mark Thorne (HNFAS) were promoted to specialist, and Samir Khanal (MBBE) was promoted to professor. CTAHR is lucky to have all of them and glad that their expertise and hard work are being acknowledged. This is also a good time to remind them, along with the rest of the faculty and staff, to make any updates necessary to your profiles in the CTAHR Directory. It’s easy: search for yourself at https://www.ctahr.hawaii.edu/site/People.aspx and click on your name; click on “Make updates”; log on using your email and last name with last 4 digits of your SSN; use tabs to add or edit information in different categories and/or preview entry; and finally, be sure to hit “Save data.”
