After almost a decade of work by a team of CTAHR and CSS faculty, the undergraduate Sustainability Certificate program is nearing approval! A proposal was submitted last month to the VCAA’s office and then was passed on to the Faculty Senate, where it is awaiting a hearing. CTAHR faculty who are interested in sustainability issues are invited to a meeting on April 6 in Sherman 103, from 10 to 11 a.m., in which participants can identify areas in which to focus efforts to grow sustainability-relevant research, education, and Extension in the college.
