All Things Coffee

Coffee production education is getting into full swing with the start of another coffee-growing season. The Kona Cooperative Extension Service and Kona Research Station are welcoming farmers to attend upcoming coffee events. The first field day, held on January 30, was about coffee pruning. Coffee berry borer (CBB) 101 workshops will be conducted in Kona on February 5 and 8. CBB updates and farm visits will be provided to Maui coffee growers from February 11 through 13, and to O‘ahu producers on February 20 and 21. Visit the coffee education web page for additional event information and to register for classes.
