WorkLife Hawaii is continuing to provide Employees Assistance Program (EAP) Services and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Services remotely. An EAP is an employer-sponsored service that provides confidential counseling to employees and their family members.
WorkLife Hawaii, a division of Child and Family Service (CFS), was the first employee assistance program in the state of Hawai‘i. A private, not-for-profit agency, it has been providing counseling and social services to Hawai‘i’s families since 1899.
To schedule an appointment, call (808) 543-8445 on O‘ahu or (800) 994-3571 on the Neighbor Islands. For the actual sessions, employees can choose between telephone or virtual counseling, without having to download an app.
If you’re required (or prefer) to meet in person for substance abuse evaluations, couples counseling, etc., all necessary and recommended precautions will be taken, such as sanitizing meeting areas, frequent handwashing, and the use of hand sanitizers.
