CTAHR is an amazing place to work and learn because of its people! Please consider nominating individuals for the following two awards: the Ka Pouhana (Mentor) Award, which recognizes a CTAHR faculty member for their outstanding support of student learning and development through co-curricular activities, like last year’s winner Melissa Price, and the Ka Hana Po‘okela CTAHR Service Award, which recognizes an active member of a CTAHR student organization who has made outstanding contributions to that organization or to the community through the organization. Undergraduates and graduate students are eligible for this award.
Awardees will receive $1000. At least 2 letters of support are required for each nomination, and the deadline for nominations and letters of support is March 6. Submit all materials to this Google form. Contact Mandy Chen at chenm@ctahr.hawaii.edu if you have any questions.
