Saturday, July 13: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Sunday, July 14: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Setup Times
Friday, July 12: 12:00 noon–7:00 p.m.*; Saturday, July 13: 6:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.; Sunday, July 14: 6:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. (*Please contact Rachele Lamosao by July 11 if you plan to set up on Friday, July 12.)
Loading/Unloading
Vehicles will be allowed into the fairgrounds for loading/unloading during the Friday setup hours, as well as Saturday and Sunday morning, 6:00–8:00 a.m. The Education Pavilion is located on the Ewa-Makai side of the fairgrounds.
Parking
All vehicles must be parked in the general admission parking lots by 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Only those who have received a pass from the office are allowed to park in the VIP parking lot. Please click here for more information and a parking map.
Tables
Please note that tables will be undressed. Please bring a tablecloth or throw to cover each table you have requested. Tables are 6 feet long. Click here for the layout of the tent.
Electricity
Those who have requested electrical power should bring their own extension cord (100’ outdoor) and surge protector.
Passes
Exhibitors are required to have a “Vendor Pass” to enter the fairgrounds. Booth coordinators may pick these up at the Hawaii Farm Bureau Office in Kunia prior to the event. The office is open 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. A valid Hawaii Farm Bureau membership card can also be used for free entry by the member and up to 3 guests. All children and students (with a current student ID) are free.
HFB Farm Fair Information Booth
Please direct all Farm Fair inquiries (lost and found, program inquiries, etc.) to the HFB information booth, which will be located near the entrance to the fair.
First Aid Booth
The first aid booth will be located at the entrance to the Fair. In the event of an accident, injury, or medical emergency, please call Rachele Lamosao at 292-3208.
Breakdown Times
