Oral presentations are allotted 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions/discussion. Speakers should rehearse their presentation and remain within the allotted time. Presentations will be pre-loaded onto computers in conference meeting rooms.  To submit your presentation click here.  All presentations must submit by May 15, 2017 and follow the instructions below:

• Presentations will only be accepted in electronic format through the link provided via a Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt).  Name your file using the following format, "Presentation_" followed by the Last name of the presenting author and First initial, (i.e. Presentation_LastF).  
• The use of personal computers belonging to a presenter may cause delays in the oral sessions; therefore, personal computers will be allowed only if the presenter must use a program other than Microsoft PowerPoint, and if the presenter has the prior written approval of conference committee. Please contact apmbc.hawaii.2017@gmail.com for approval. 

• Microsoft Windows 10 will be the operating system for the presentations. Please prepare your presentation file compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint program in Windows 10 system. An LCD projector (Compatibility: Windows PC) and a PC (Windows 10, MS PowerPoint 2007, 2010 & Adobe Acrobat Reader) will be available in every session room. A laser pointer and microphone will be provided.
• Mac PowerPoint users are encouraged to preview their presentations on a PC before submitting. 
• We recommend using standard fonts such as New Times Roman and Arial. If you use a special font for your presentation it may not be translated properly on the local PC.
• We recommend that you bring your presentation on a USB flash memory stick or CD-R as a back-up in its original file format as well as Adobe Acrobat (i.e. pdf).
