To submit an abstract to present at APMBC 2017, complete the Abstract Submission Form by March 21, 2017 (EXTENDED DEADLINE). Notifications for accepted or rejected abstracts will be sent out at then end of March 2017. Please keep in mind APMBC 2017 will only have ORAL presentations, there will be no poster session.
Please follow the instructions below to write your abstract. An example of a properly formatted abstract is shown below.

The entire abstract, including title, authors, and affiliations, must be in 12-point size Times Roman font, typed, and single-spaced

All text must fit within the 300-word limit.

Bold the title, authors, and affiliations.

If there are multiple authors, place an asterisk (*) after the name of the presenting author. Match authors to their respective affiliations using the superscript format in the example provided.

Abstracts should be informative and have the following parts: a) title; b) list of authors and affiliations; c) objectives; d) methods, if pertinent; e) results; f) conclusions; and g) impact and significance. All data must be presented in the metric system. Do not include any graphs or tables in your abstract.

Check spelling and grammar before submitting the abstract.

Abstracts will be accepted only in electronic format through the link provided in the submission form. No hard copies will be accepted.

Abstracts must be submitted via a Microsoft Word format (.doc).

Name your file using the following format, "Abstract_" followed by the Last name of the presenting author and First initial, (i.e. Abstract_LastF).
Abstracts will be printed in the conference program, which will be available at the conference and in electronic form on the conference website. Only abstracts received by March 21, 2017 (EXTENDED DEADLINE), will appear in the printed conference program.
