Advisors are currently coordinating travel to the neighbor islands to represent CTAHR at college fairs sponsored by the Hawaii Association for College Admission Counseling (HACAC) and visit with our UH Community Colleges.

Dr. Kinoshita (MBBE) together with CTAHR’s Academic and Student Affairs Office and the Hawaii State Department of Agriculture hosted its inaugural Curriculum for Agriculture Science Education (CASE) Institute for teachers in June.

CTAHR’s Academic and Student Affairs Office hosted its seventh Hawaii AgDiscovery Program this summer. 10 high school students from Oahu and the mainland participated in a two-week program designed to help students explore careers in animal science, veterinary medicine, agribusiness, plant pathology, and much more.
