Environment & Natural Resources

Living in the world’s most isolated islands, Hawai'i’s people rely on the ʻāina (land), ea (air), wai (water), and each other. UH Mānoa CTAHR is engaged in stewarding each of these elements to ensure a resilient future in the face of increased heat, drought, fire, and erratic weather impacting the state’s diverse environments, from wild lands to neighborhoods. UH Mānoa CTAHR Cooperative Extension supports those who are working to protect our natural resources and human communities.
