Over 60 volunteers from CTAHR and the local community came together on December 10 to plant kupuna kalo back into the ‘āina at the Waimānalo Research Station.

CTAHR was well represented at the Oʻahu District FFA Career Development Event (CDE) Competition held December 14 at Kāhala Elementary School.

Professor Andy Reilly and graduate student Jordan Antonio received a Paper of Distinction award at the 2024 conference of the International Textile and Apparel Association. 

Two of CTAHRʻs students in Food Science, Jace Lee and Stephan Kulani Callion-Nizo, were among the winners at the PACE INNOVATE 808 Competition.
