Two of our Food Science students, Jace Lee (Food Science and Human Nutrition, Food Science Business Track) and Stephan Kulani Callion-Nizo (FSHN, Culinology Track), along with their team member Addison London (Exploratory Business) were awarded a $200 Innovation award at the PACE INNOVATE 808 Competition for their Kimchee and Marinara Flavor Chip Seasonings.
Jeff Hui, the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at PACE, encouraged our students and designed the competition to be inclusive for students of any major.
We are excited about future opportunities for our CTAHR students with PACE.
