Welcome back to the Kitchen!

On September 17th, FSHN Instructor Lara Hackney welcomed CTAHR Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni and Friends back for another season of CTAHR Cooking Shows.  This month's show was themed backyard barbeque with recipes for Black Beach Burgers, Watermelon Feta Salad, and Fresh Blueberry Galettes.  In case you missed it, the Zoom recording has been posted to the CTAHR YouTube Channel. 

Join us on October 22nd for spooky treats of Mummy Dogs, Witch Finger Breadsticks, and Popcorn Balls.  A limited number of cooking show kits, including a vegetarian option, are available for CTAHR students.  Registration is open for both Cooking Kits and the October CTAHR FoodStack Grab & Go.
