Course Program of Study and Financial Aid

Course Program of Study is a process to stay in compliance with federal regulations on financial aid. Financial aid funds can only be awarded for courses that are required for a student’s degree program. For many different reasons, there are students who register for courses that are not in plan for their degree program and could have their financial aid affected by this. Therefore, advisors have been hard at work informing students using federal financial aid of their requirement to enroll in courses that are only applicable to their degree.
