The following awards are available to Symposium presenters majoring in CTAHR.

CTAHR travel grant (capped) to present research at a professional conference for the best oral paper presented by a Ph.D. student.

CTAHR travel grant (capped) to present research at a professional conference for the best poster paper presented by a Ph.D. student.

CTAHR travel grant (capped) to present research at a professional conference for the best oral paper presented by an M.S. student.

CTAHR travel grant (capped) to present research at a professional conference for the best poster paper presented by an M.S. student.


CTAHR award for the best undergraduate oral presentation.

CTAHR award for the best undergraduate poster presentation.

Gamma Sigma Delta Award of Merit for a Ph.D. oral presentation.


Gamma Sigma Delta Award of Merit for a Ph.D. poster presentation.

Gamma Sigma Delta Award of Merit for an M.S. oral presentation.

Gamma Sigma Delta Award of Merit for an M.S. poster presentation.

Gamma Sigma Delta Award of Merit for an undergraduate oral presentation.

Only students majoring in CTAHR’s academic programs are eligible for prizes awarded by CTAHR or by CTAHR units. First-prize winners in a particular category in previous years are not eligible for prizes in the same category
