THE PAUSE SPACE

at the University of Hawaii, Manoa

Unplug. Relax.

Learn and practice

mindfulness meditation.

Why Mindfulness?

Mindfulness improves awareness, focus, spaciousness and kindness.

The Space

The Pause Space is equipped to meet

your needs to relax and unplug.

Let's come together to connect and help spread the contagion of calm.
The physical Pause Space was closed due to the COVID-19 health situation. This presents an opportunity for us to connect virtually instead. We invite you to join your fellow UH Manoa ʻohana as we find calm and presence by engaging in mindfulness meditation “together,” with tips to boost your resiliency reservoir.

The Pause Space will be holding its drop-in meditation sessions online when the fall semester resumes again. Each week will feature a theme.

Please complete this registration link, and we will send you an email with information when it starts along with the Zoom Link:
