CTAHR students and other volunteers engaged 169 elementary first- and fourth-graders in garden activities over the spring semester, teaching them about nutrition for people and plants.
Dietetics interns in the Individualized Supervised Pathways Practice program shared a little taste of Hawai‘i with a group of visiting students from Chuo University in Japan at the Hawaiian Cultural Foods Workshop.
Award allows non-resident master’s students to study food science at in-state tuition rates.
