You can explore this very timely question at the next installment of the NREM Seminar Series when Michael Wilson, Associate Justice of the Hawai‘i State Supreme Court,presents “Environmental Courts, the Climate Crisis, and the Environmental Rule of Law.”

Before his appointment, Justice Wilson served as the director of the Department of Land and Natural Resources, chair of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, chair of the State Water Commission, and a trustee of the Kaho‘olawe Island Reserve Commission. He is also a member of the Climate Change Task Force for the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and a member of the World Commission on Environmental Law of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature.
