It’s CTAHR Virtual Welcome Week!

As we navigate together through this 2020 journey, please know that the Academic and Student Affairs Office (ASAO) is open and available remotely to support you.  Please refer to the ASAO Staff page to directly contact a member of our team.

 

WEDNESDAY EVENTS

  • Virtual Netflix Party (Movie) + Popcorn @ 4:00 pm
  • Get ready with your popcorn 🍿 because Grease 😎 is the word!!!! (a.k.a - we’ll be watching Grease 😆)
  • To access the party, you will need to have a Netflix account. BEFORE the event, download and install Netflix Party for Google Chrome.
  • To join our CTAHR Netflix Party: at 4:00 pm today, join the Zoom meeting. Click on the party URL in the chat to redirect to Netflix. Click the "NP" button next to the address bar and you should automatically join the party.

THURSDAY EVENTS

  • Spirit Day - That Crazy Costume: Pull on that shark onesie, wear a wig or create a crazy hat and upload a photo to instagram by tagging @CTAHR and include #WeAreCTAHR - most likes wins CTAHR swag!
  • CTAHR Care Packages Pick-Up at Gilmore Lawn from 12:00 to 2:00 pm
  • Virtual CTAHR Clubs and Organizations at 4:00 pm:  Are you interested in joining a CTAHR Club?  This welcome event will be hosted by CTAHR Club members who will be ready to answer all your questions!
  • CTAHR Alumni and Student Mixer at 4:30 pm: CTAHR Alumni & New Student Mixer: Get to know what life is like as a CTAHR-ian! Meet Alumni from across CTAHR programs & gain some insight into what's in-store as you embark on your journey!  Register here.

FRIDAY EVENTS

  • Spirit Day - Smile it’s Fri-yay!: Everyone could use a smile right now...Post your pics that’ll turn a frown upside down by tagging @CTAHR and include #WeAreCTAHR - most likes wins CTAHR swag.
  • Virtual Welcome by CTAHR Deans at 1:30 pm: Dean Nicholas Comerford, Associate Deans - Ania Wieczorek, Walter Bowen, and Jeff Goodwin will be onsite to answer your questions!
  • Virtual CTAHR Got Talent Show at 2:30 pm: Jump into the Zoom to see the show and vote for your faves! We know CTAHR students got skills!  Register to be a part of our 1st annual talent show and the 1st place winner will win a pair of Apple AirPods 🎧 and 2nd place winner will win a case of SPAM 🥫!
