Leaders in the Making

The President’s Emerging Leaders Program (PELP) is now accepting applications for its 2018–2019 cohort. PELP is a professional development opportunity for UH faculty and staff. Those selected to participate will acquire a base of knowledge about higher education and the UH System, and will develop leadership skills and strategies for making a difference on their own campus and across the system. All faculty and staff members with the attitude and capacity for effective leadership are invited to apply. Applications are especially sought from women, Native Hawaiians, and others underrepresented in UH leadership. Applications must be received by March 5, and the program begins on August 8.
